6. Regarding the present deficiency of 5 sheets of 1 dollar stamps, may I suggest that the Colony be asked to forward the serial numbers of the sheets in stock and those missing, together with covering boards giving details of Requisition No. etc.

These particulars may enable us to suggest some solution of the apparent shortage.
